1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once shipped, orders typically take 4–7 business days to reach you (depending on your location).
Metro cities may receive orders faster, while non-metro or remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹200 
COD Charges: If applicable, additional COD fees will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If a package returns due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or unresponsive contact:
We can re-ship the order, but additional shipping charges may apply.
To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
6. Delays
We try our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Logistic partner delays
High-volume periods (sales/festive seasons)
